Kristin
was quite busy in Seattle. She was in a top show band called Femme Fatale
touring local clubs and casinos. Femme Fatale was also very much in demand
for corporate events. The band played together for three years with the
heavy influence of Kristin's talent for their image and direction. Kristin
was also in a dance troupe called The Vargas Girls Cabaret and played
local jazz clubs, nightclubs and even opened "Bumpershoot", the largest
music festival in Seattle. Her experience in dance served her well as
the choreographer. Her electrifying voice made her the choice for lead
singer. Her sound has a range from the smooth wispy intonation comparable
to Norah Jones or Gwen Stefani to the soulful power of Aretha Franklin
or R&B soul sisters En Vogue. Artists she covers include, but are not
limited to, Jewel, Sheryl Crow, Shania Twain, Nikka Costa, and groups
such as The Beatles, The Eagles, Fleetwood Mac and even the Doobie Brothers.
With her broad vocal range and talent on the piano and guitar, Kristin
can step up to any musical occasion with poise, professionalism and great
joy in the experience.
